你可以申请永久删除 iiChinese 账号及与该账号关联、不再依法需要保留的个人数据。删除不是临时停用，完成后通常无法恢复。You may request permanent deletion of your iiChinese account and associated personal data that we are not legally required to retain. Deletion is not temporary deactivation and is generally irreversible.
申请删除账号Request account deletion
无需重新安装 App。请使用注册账号的邮箱发送删除申请至 [email protected]，邮件标题为“iiChinese 账号删除”。请提供账号邮箱或用户 ID，并明确说明希望永久删除账号和关联个人数据。请勿提供密码、验证码或支付卡信息。
You do not need to reinstall the app. Email [email protected] from your registered email address with the subject “iiChinese account deletion”. Include your account email or user ID and state that you request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data. Never send passwords, verification codes, or payment-card details.

登录后打开“我的”→设置→注销账号，阅读说明、勾选确认并输入“删除”后提交。提交成功表示申请已受理，不代表数据已立即删除；我们会核验账号归属并处理。无法登录时也可以使用上方邮箱申请。
After signing in, open My → Settings → Delete Account, read the explanation, tick the confirmation, and enter DELETE to submit. A successful submission confirms receipt of your request, not immediate deletion. We verify account ownership and process the request. If you cannot sign in, use the email option above.
将删除的内容What is deleted
账号资料、学习进度、答题与复习记录、收藏、AI 对话及与账号关联且不再需要保留的语音/支持数据会被删除或去标识化。已下载到设备的缓存可通过卸载 App 或清理下载移除。
Account profile, progress, answers, reviews, favorites, AI chats, and account-linked voice/support data no longer needed will be deleted or de-identified. On-device cache can be removed by clearing downloads or uninstalling the app.
可能保留的内容What may be retained
为税务、付款对账、防欺诈、安全、争议解决或其他法律义务所需的最少记录可能在法定期间内受限保留。备份中的数据会按轮换周期删除，期间不会用于日常业务。
Minimum records needed for tax, payment reconciliation, fraud prevention, security, disputes, or other legal obligations may be restricted for required periods. Backup data is removed through normal rotation and is not used for ordinary operations.
订阅必须单独取消Subscriptions must be cancelled separately
删除账号不会自动取消 Apple 或 Google 的自动续费。请先在对应商店取消订阅；否则商店仍可能按原计划续费。
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel Apple or Google auto-renewal. Cancel through the relevant store first, or the store may continue billing on schedule.
处理与确认Processing and confirmation
我们会在适用法律要求的期限内处理，并通过账号邮箱确认结果。为保护账号，我们可能要求重新登录或完成邮箱验证，但不会要求提供密码或完整支付卡信息。
We process requests within applicable legal deadlines and confirm through the account email. To protect the account, we may require sign-in or email verification, but never your password or full payment-card information.
